Hiring Now! We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant, for a well-known College in Milton, MA. The Administrative Assistant will work alongside the Director of Health Services, at a busy student Health and Counseling Clinic in Milton, MA.
Monday thru Friday 8:15am-4:15pm
Duties:
- Manage and maintain files, records, and documents
- Coordinate calendars and schedule appointments
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, copying, and scanning
- Greet visitors and provide front desk support
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
