Anodyne is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team!Â
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a key role in supporting residents with daily medical needs while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life. You’ll work closely with direct support staff, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care in a safe and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, treatments, and routine assessments
Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and health concerns
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and care teams to follow care plans
Educate and support staff on medical procedures and health-related protocols
Ensure compliance with state regulations and documentation standards
Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
Promote a supportive and respectful home environment
Requirementsof the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
Current and valid LPN license in the state of Massachusetts
Experience in a group home, long-term care, or similar setting preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
Current CPR Certification
Must be able to pass criminal background and professional reference checks
