Manufacturing Company in Plymouth is looking for a Maintenance Worker.
Monday Thru Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing machinery, equipment, or systems
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly
- Fabricate or modify parts to ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance concerns and resolving issues promptly
Experience:
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of various maintenance procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to supervise and coordinate a team
