We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. For a Busy Community Healthcare Organization in Quincy, MA. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining employee records, and ensuring accuracy in all payroll-related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll for employees accurately and timely
- Maintain and update employee payroll records
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare reports for management as needed
- Assist with audits related to payroll processes
- Collaborate with the HR department on payroll-related matters
Skills
- Proficiency in Human Resources practices
- Experience with Paycom
- Strong 10-key typing skills
- Excellent data entry abilities
- Knowledge of account reconciliation processes
- Familiarity with financial software for payroll management
