Responsibilities:
Process weekly payroll in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with all state, and federal regulations
Maintains payroll & billing information by collecting, calculating, and entering data
Responsively handle payroll-related inquiries, complaints, and questions from employees, reconciling discrepancies as needed
Maintain employee records related to payroll, including tax withholding forms and direct deposit information
Execute billing procedures, including invoice generation, account reconciliation, and resolution of billing discrepancies
Generate ad hoc reports and analysis as requested by management
Qualifications and Experience:
3+ years of payroll experience
Strong organization, analytical, data entry skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite and accounting software
Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 hrs/day
